POSITION SUMMARY
this position oversees, coordinates, schedules and performs internal audits of the EMS (Environmental Management System), QMS (Quality Management System), Manufacturing processes, and product specifications on all operating shifts to insure compliance to the TS-16949, ISO-14001 EMS Standards and ISO-17025 (QA Lab) EMS Standards.
Also, summarizes and issues weekly, monthly, and yearly Audit Reporting for the Quality Department; maintains EMS manual and all compliance records for the company; and internally audits corrective actions generated from customer complaints and/or rejections.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
Plans, schedules, prepares and conducts internal audits of:
Quality management system and documentation.
Environmental Management System
Product specifications
Manufacturing processes (all shifts).
Completes a formal audit report for each audit, as outlined under the TS-16949/ISO-14001 requirements.
Works with Lab Supervisor to coordinate and schedule QA-Lab internal and external audits and certifications (ISO-17025).
Prepares weekly, monthly, and yearly status reports of TS-16949 and ISO-14001 Audit findings and trending as necessary. Prepares PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings.
Works with Third Party Auditors for compliance audits and recertification audits (TS-16949 and ISO-14001).
Issues and follows-up on Corrective Action Reports (CAR's) to ensure satisfactory closure.
Maintains and audits customer corrective actions and follows-up to ensure completion.
Receives in, reviews and processes all Environmental/Engineering correspondence.
Assures that Environmental Preventive Maintenance activities are completed per established procedure and/or schedule.
Reviews and maintains company's Environmental Management System manual.
Tracks environmental permit schedule and ensures required documentation is submitted on-time.
Updates MSDS books.
Participates as part of ISO-14001 Environmental team.
Fills out reports to send to DHEC for NPDES permits with testing results from lab to maintain compliance with permit levels.
Knows the location of all information in case OSHA, DHEC or NCDNR inspector should visit the plant.
Maintains Environmental records to insure that Viscotec is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Schedules and maintains all equipment and gage calibration activities.
Other duties as required to support the TS and ISO standards requirements.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Have previously conducted internal audits using ISO-9000, QS-9000 or TS-16949 and ISO-14001.
Have exceptional skills in oral and written communications
Have ability to interface with all levels of management and maintain objectivity (Audits are not based on a management hierarchies), ALL are EQUAL
Have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and products.
Have exceptional organizational skills and control of personal work flow.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point (and able to demonstrate skill level).

Qualifications:
Prefer minimum of 2 year college degree or four years' experience in Internal TS-16949 and ISO-14001 (EMS) Auditing.
Must have and be able to maintain valid training certification for TS-16949 and ISO-14001 auditing.
Gage calibration & ISO-17025 internal auditor training/certification preferred
Must be able to work 1st shift (primarily) as well as 2nd and 3rd shifts as may be assigned to fulfill necessary auditing requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
