This position reports to the Quality Assurance Department and is responsibile for maintaining and controling all documentation used within the company in all media forms according to TS16949 standards. Ensures change requests to documentation are made in a timely manner and distributed to the point of use. Maintains and controls all hanging fabric samples including OEM and WIP color masters. Ensures all signatures for approval are secured and maintains departmental files of approved master copies.
Issues and controls all Documentation sent to the plant floor for Processing, Quality, Specifications, Work Methods, Procedures, and the disposition of all up-coming changes of such.
Maintains hanging sample logs, documentation, and distribution of samples.
Maintains compliance with TS-16949 for documentation requirements at all times.
Assists users with identifying issues and or corrections that need to be made
Make Corrections and Updates in a timely manner. maintain records electronically, and printed copies as needed
Maintain, update, and audit all the master files (logs, SOP's, forms and work instructions, OEM Color Master & VAP working masters) under document control.
Maintain, review, and update the Records Matrix for all areas.
Maintain log, and OEM approved Color Masters and Internal Working Masters for Inspection, Manufacturing & Fabric Formation.
Issue, Post and maintain Quality Alerts and QA Communication Boards
Update, maintain & file APQP Documents (Control Plans & FMEA's, production handoff packs, PPAP Books) as needed by sales
Reconcile & Post expense Reports for QA & Mexico Quality Contacts
Print daily production charts for Mfg.
Inventory and order supplies for QA Department as needed
Maintain the CAPA Log and issue Corrective Actions as needed for non-conformance and customer complaints
Filing, general office activities, as needed
Have exceptional skills in oral and written communications
Have ability to interface with all levels of management
Have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and products
Have exceptional organizational skills and control of personal work flow
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point (and able to demonstrate skill level) and be able to demonstrate satisfactory performance in computer, typing, Microsoft Office and organization skills.
High School diploma with two years' experience in Office Environment and/or Documents control, preferably in a TS 16949 certified company, and/or demonstrated knowledge of ISO certifications and related requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
