Import Materials Data Analyst

This position reports to the Import Materials Assistant Manager and is primarily responsible for entering and analyzing key data to support our Import Materials Department including ordering, scheduling and delivery information, They will be responsible for communicating primarily and directly with our parent company in Japan but will also communicate with other customers/ suppliers on import data and issues including release and delivery schedules. Communication with internal Production Control and manufacturing on scheduling orders and delivery is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year college degree or 4 years' experience in a fast paced office environment.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills. Bilingual English and Japanese A
required.
Proficient in Microsoft office including high level use in Excel, Word.
Must be able to make low and middle level decisions and have the ability to work well without close supervision.
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
