Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures on patients according to established guidelines and protocols - Evaluate patient medical histories and make informed decisions regarding treatment plans - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care - Utilize medical imaging technology to aid in diagnosis and surgical planning - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient procedures and progress - Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during surgical procedures - Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding surgical options, risks, and outcomes
Experience:
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices - Strong understanding of surgical techniques and procedures - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Qualifications:
- Certification from The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - Must have an Oral Surgeon Residency - Able to conduct sedation Note:
