Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Sr.
HR Business Partner role functions as a strategic liaison between the business and Human Resources.
As a trusted partner, the HRBP will plan, coordinate, and implement HR activities for assigned client areas to align with the organizational strategy and goals.
Responsible for providing advice, coaching, counseling and problem solving to managers and employees.
Build and maintain effective working relationships across the client groups as well as within the HR team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resource management or related field.
o 5 years progressive HR related position o Human Resources Senior Professional certification or the ability to obtain within one year of employment is required.
SHRM or HCI accepted.
Standing, walking and sitting (occasionally for prolonged periods).
Requires functional vision and hearing, eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and lifting to 25 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
