Responsibilities:
Promptly greet customers Obtain customer and equipment information Clearly document equipment issues and customer concerns Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs Look up parts and materials needed for technicians Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services Monitor service process and update customers frequently Communicate completed services and charges to customers Verify invoices and repair orders Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Service or parts industry experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on providing excellent customer service Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Excellent communication skills Ability to work well in a process-driven environment Extreme attention to detail and organization Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
