Requirements Customer Service Offer exceptional customer service Manage customer expectations by offering clear and frequent communication Administration Insure accurate creation and maintenance of Repair Orders Coordinate with Service Manager to accurately administer warranty repair Serve as the liaison between the customer and the Service Technician team Properly maintain the Customer and Repair Order database Service Team Support Assist Service Manager as needed Assist Parts Administrator and serve in that role when vacant Technical Knowledge Fundamental level of technical understanding about boat maintenance/repair is a strong plus but not absolutely necessary Benefits Salary (plus team bonus) Vacation pay Matching IRA Employee purchase program Closed on Sundays Job Type:
