Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am).
Primary responsibilities include:
registering guests, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks.
Be at all times attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and all other associates.
Deliver exceptional customer service for all guests before, during, and at the conclusion of their stay.
Complete all functions associated with running the audit, including initiating and completing the End of Day process, running all reports, completing the night audit checklist, preparing and distributing the reports as necessary, etc.
Follow safety and emergency procedures including doing periodic walks of the property and having a working knowledge of security procedures.
Adhere to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
Comply at all times with North Star Lodging Management and Marriott International standards for appearance, service delivery, punctuality and safety at all times.
Ability to work independently and with authority.
Perform any other duty as required by management.
