We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with file management and organization - Utilize QuickBooks for basic billing tasks - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently - Experience in a office setting is a plus - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment - Ability to adapt to various tasks and work well in a team environment - Must have 2 years experience working in office setting.
