Summary:
This position is responsible to ensure timely and accurate EDI transactions are made for customer shipments PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
Handles all EDI transactions for outgoing shipments for Seiren Viscotec Mexico As needed, assists with EDI transactions for Seiren North America Handles all Toyota Direct Supply submissions and related transactions for Seiren Viscotec Mexico Maintain an organized log for EDI uploads Communicates with Seiren North America and Seiren Viscotec Mexico Accounting departments to receive accurate shipping data and confirm payments are received Perform other duties as required by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent required with 1-2 years college preferred Excellent verbal and writing communication skills Proficient in Microsoft office including high level use in Excel and Word.
Must be able to make low and middle level decisions and have the ability to work well without close supervision.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
