POSITION
Summary:
This position is responsible for corporate related duties such as: corporate insurance, fixed asset control, government reporting and reporting of financial information to customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Coordinate/prepare information for corporate insurance annual renewals.
Maintain insurance requirements for plant, property and rented property.
Prepare annual and quarterly government surveys
Prepare and submit quarterly financial information using Vontik site for Honda.
Prepare annual POA documents for freight companies
Prepare Fixed Asset Acquisition documents.
Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset Control Number file.
Maintain corporate files.
Assist with developing internal controls working with various departments as needed.
Provide support for year physical inventory counts.
Provide support to all executive members as may be requested.
Organize and provide financial information to all executive members as requested.
Any other duty or task as may be requested by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associates degree in Business/Accounting
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
2 years minimum in accounting and business
2 years minimum experience in manufacturing environment
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Great Plains accounting software
Ability to track and complete numerous projects on time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
